An AC was also installed inside the basement. Beds were also attached to it from inside. Social Service Branch DCP Raju Bhujbal said that this action has been taken on the complaint of Mumbai’s NGO Kavach.

Bhujbal told that this raid night started from Sunday evening and lasted the whole night. After 15 hours of strict action, 17 dancers were freed and 3 staff including bar manager, cashier have been arrested. An FIR has been registered in the Andheri police station regarding this matter and investigation is going on. A case has been registered against all of them for violating Kovid rules and running a dance bar on the permission of the orchestra.
