New Delhi: Information about the price, storage and RAM of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been revealed ahead of its launch. During the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022 in the UK early next year, the smartphone is said to be available at a starting price of GBP 776 or around Rs 77,550 for the 8GB/128GB variant, while the 8GB/256GB variant version will be. Available for GBP 831 or roughly Rs 83,000, as per the listing on Lambdatech.
The Galaxy S21 FE can be offered in four color variants – White, Black, Cream and Lavender.
Recently, some images of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE have surfaced that give a sneak peek into the alleged design and color options for the upcoming smartphone. The device is likely to sport a similar design to last year’s flagship Galaxy S21 series.
Galaxy S21 FE Expected Specifications
The upcoming Galaxy S21 FE is likely to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor or Exynos 2100 chipset, depending on the region. The smartphone could feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate. There will be a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 25W fast-charging.
Meanwhile, earlier last week, a well-known leakster suggested that Samsung will host its annual ‘Unpacked’ event not once, but twice in 2022. While the first ‘Unpacked’ event will be held on January 4, the second one. on 8 February. According to leakster John Prosser, both the events will see the launch of the long-standing Galaxy S21 FE and the flagship Galaxy S22 series respectively.
While it is known that the Galaxy FE lineup comprises the upper-mid-range segment of handsets, the Galaxy S22 will be Samsung’s next flagship series. As per reports, the delay in the long-awaited Galaxy S21 FE has been attributed to the global semiconductor crisis and not the strategy of the South Korean handset major.
