As mentioned by SamMobile, the firmware version A525FXXU4AUI3 should have the new feature. It also fixes over 60 vulnerabilities on the phone.
Interested people can check for updates by going to Settings Samsung Galaxy A52 smart Fone. Once they have installed the update on their device, the RAM Plus feature can be accessed from the Settings > Battery & device care > Memory menu.
