Samsung has praised the product as one of its closest competitors in the foldable segment. Samsung Mobile US has praised the new Oppo Find N foldable phone, calling it “so amazing!” said. As you can see in the tweet below. The company responded to a video-focused tweet by Ryan Fenwick, who is part of global communications at Oppo and OnePlus.
Fenwick shared the video of the Oppo Find N reminding everyone how today’s Android phones are boring and not the same. This reply was in response to a comment made last week on the sidelines of the announcement by Carl Pei, founder, Nothing Phone (1).

Karl is a former Oppo and OnePlus guy, so this comment from an Oppo executive seems pretty convincing. But what did Samsung praise for the Oppo foldable device? And it doesn’t even accidentally look like a tweet from the official account.
Because Samsung’s tweet was dated March 25, and as of writing this story, the tweet is still around. Does this mean that Samsung is praising the foldable device as it is now at the forefront of that segment with the third-generation phone? Or did Samsung think Fenwick was commenting on one of its foldable phones?
Either way, it’s interesting to see Samsung feeling excited about the entire product segment. Samsung launched the first Galaxy Z Fold product a few years back, and it introduced the third generation Galaxy Z Fold 3 to buyers last year. The improvements are evident in the foldable device with better quality and performance in tow.

Oppo Find N made its debut in December 2021. Unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 3, it hasn’t been launched in India yet. Even other brands like Xiaomi and Huawei have revealed their foldable products but none of them have made it to our hands.
This has given Samsung and now Oppo an advantage over other manufacturers.
