Samantha Ruth Prabhu Responds After Thanking Allu Arjun For Pushpa’s ‘Oo Antva’ Song

Samantha Ruth Prabhu broke the internet by starring in a fiery and bold avatar in Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ song ‘O Antava’. The song featured Samantha and Allu Arjun grooving to the music. This was the first time in the South actress’s career that she performed in an item song. Well, now we know that Allu Arjun was behind Samantha to sing. Praising Samantha, Allu said that even though the actress had many doubts about her performance, after her assurances, she went ahead with the song.

Allu Arjun said, “Samantha Garu, thank you so much for doing a song. I know how many doubts you had on the sets. Whether it is true or not. You know, I just told you one thing: ‘ Trust me and do it.’ You didn’t even ask a question. Thank you so much for trusting us. You won my heart, you won my respect. And congratulations to you (Oo Antava) for being the No. 1 song in the world.”

To this Samantha replied that she would always trust him. “And now I will always count on you @alluarjun.”

However, a section of people was not happy with the song. They gave the slogan ‘O Antwa’ and demanded a ban on the song for its controversial lyrics and visuals. It was being said that the song portrays men as lustful which made the song difficult. Meanwhile, penned by Chandra Bose, the song delivers a bold message about how men, in general, view women.

Samantha’s dress and catchy set give a catchy effect to the song sung by Indravati Chauhan. Samantha has created a lot of publicity for it being the first item song ever.
