One of the leading actresses in the South Indian film industry and now a pan-India star, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, has been in the news for buying a lavish 3-BHK flat in Hyderabad. The cost of the flat is around Rs 7.8 crore and it is located in Jayabheri Orange County, Ranga Reddy district of Telangana. Reportedly, it was found that he had bought the house from Nalla Preetham Reddy.
According to media sources, the property was bought on the 13th floor and has a built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, a duplex area of 3,920 sq ft and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor. It was also found that there are six parking lots at that place. Reportedly, the interior of the house is almost complete and it is a mix of luxurious and earthy interiors. Presently, Samantha lives in a palatial house which is situated in a posh locality in Hyderabad. It is learned that this is the same house where she lived with her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya.
He had earlier also bought a lavish apartment in the suburbs of Mumbai. It was found to be a 3-bedroom sea-facing apartment, and he had bought it for a whopping amount of Rs 15 crore.
On the work front, Samantha is currently shooting for her much-awaited project Garh opposite Varun Dhawan. The project is directed by popular filmmaker duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. It was also reported that Garh’s shooting schedule was the main reason behind buying the house in Mumbai.
Recently, Samantha also attended the global premiere of Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden’s Citadel in London.
After shooting for Gadh, she will be reuniting with Vijay Deverakonda for his upcoming film Kushi. The film is directed by Shiva Nirvana and is slated to release in September 2023.
Samantha was last seen in the film Shakuntalam. The film was directed by Gunasekhar and starred Samantha Prabhu and Dev Mohan in lead roles. The film received negative reviews from critics and failed to do well at the box office.
