South superstars Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Akkineni are in the news for their divorce rumours. Though none of the actors have confirmed anything, sources tell that things are not smooth between the two and they may get divorced. Chaitanya will also be making his own Bollywood Debut with Aamir Khan Kareena Kapoor KhanLal Singh Chaddha Meanwhile, Aamir extended his support to the actor.
At the pre-release event of Love Story, Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s latest film, Aamir Khan said, “I asked Naga Chaitanya if I could be a part of the programme. So the organizers had to call me forcibly. I have come here to say something important. We are working together for a film. Some of my experiences with Naga Chaitanya are so special that I wanted to share with his parents. I took his father’s number and also his mother’s number. But I also wanted to tell something to all his fans. That’s why I have come here. I love working with this man who is not only an actor and a producer, but he is also someone who touches one’s heart by his very nature.”
Now, the actor has replied to Aamir’s kind words. Talking to an entertainment portal, he said that it was an unforgettable gesture. “He didn’t need to be there and didn’t need to say what he did. It was absolutely unexpected. Aamir sir saw the trailer of my new film Love Story and he said he wanted to be there to support the team It was magical to be there on the show! He is such a kind person. The warmth I got from him during the shoot of Laal Singh Chaddha is hard to describe in words.”
Reportedly, the ever-loving couple is not living together due to irreconcilable differences. However, throughout the public outcry, both Chai and Sam have avoided questions about a possible split between them, leaving their fans deeply disappointed. According to ETimes, Chay and his father, Nagarjuna Akkineni, do not approve of Sam’s glamorous personality.

Sam gets a lot of photoshoots done and plays challenging and adventurous roles, which is troubling the Akkineni family. As per reports, Chai and Nagarjuna want Sam to be like the veteran actor’s wife and Sam’s mother-in-law, Amala Akkineni, instead of showing off her curves onscreen.
The actress was last seen in a daring avatar in ‘The Family Man 2’, and while critics and fans praised her performance, it did not go down well with the Akkineni family.
