A source close to Salman and Shah Rukh told Bollywood Hungama how the crisis has brought the two families closer together than ever before. “Both Salman’s parents are praying for Aryan to come home. Salman keeps a constant watch on Shahrukh, calls him almost every day. Whatever be the case, this crisis has brought Salman and Shah Rukh closer than ever,” said the source.

Recently, an old video of Salman Khan’s game show Dus Ka Dum went viral on social media. The video shows special guest Shah Rukh Khan saying that he can always count on Salman to be there for him and his family in times of trouble. In the video, Salman Khan asks Shah Rukh, “Aapka hai koi mota aur dilna mein (Do you have a person who stands by you thick and thin)?” Shah Rukh Khan immediately replied, “Salman yaar, if ever I annoy me, in fact, more than me if my family ever troubles me then it is you. (If I am ever in trouble, in fact if my family is ever in trouble, you are there).

Salman nodded yes and both the actors got emotional as they hugged each other. The video clip is from the Grand Finale episode of the third season of Dus Ka Dum.

Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court will continue hearing today on Aryan Khan’s bail application in the Mumbai cruise drugs raid case. Aryan Khan on October 20 approached the Bombay High Court for an urgent bail hearing after a special court under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act rejected his application in the drugs case, the latter in the case. His judicial custody was extended till October 30.
