Salman Khan says it is ‘not possible to cycle on the road’ due to these ‘serious’ death threats.
Salman Khan has received several death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in the last few months. Hence, the actor has been provided with Y+ category security by the Mumbai Police. In a recent interview, Khan opened up about the same and shared how ‘security is better than insecurity’. He also mentioned how ‘cycling on the road is not possible’ because of these ‘serious’ death threats.
“Now it is not possible to cycle on the road and go anywhere alone. And more than that, now I have a problem that when I am in traffic with so much security, the vehicles cause inconvenience to other people. He also gives me darshan. And my poor fans. In a recent episode of Aap Ki Adalat, Salman told India TV, “There is a serious threat so there is security.”
“I am doing whatever I am told. There is a dialogue ‘Kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan’ ‘He has to be lucky 100 times, I have to be lucky once’. So, I had to be very careful,” he said.
Salman further said that whatever is destined to happen will happen but it does not mean that he can roam freely. “I am going everywhere with complete security. I know that whatever is going to happen will happen no matter what you do. I believe (points to God) that He is there. It is not that I will start roaming freely, it is not so. Now there are so many lions around me, so many guns are walking with me that I myself am scared these days.
Salman Khan has been on Lawrence Bishnoi’s radar for a long time. Earlier this month, the actor received a call from a ‘rocky brother’ from Jodhpur in Rajasthan, who threatened to kill him on April 30. However, it was later reported that the call was made by a 16-year-old boy from Shahpur, Rajasthan. Who was later taken into custody. Khan later received another death threat via email which allegedly also warned Rakhi Sawant.
In March this year, in an interview with ABP News, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi mentioned that ‘the goal of his life’ is to kill Salman Khan And said that the matter would end only when the actor apologized to the Bishnoi community for allegedly killing the blackbuck.
For the uninitiated, the Bishnoi believe that the Blackbucks are the reincarnation of their spiritual leader, Lord Jambeshwar, also known as Jambaji.
