Sahara chief Subrata Roy undergoes successful brain surgery surgery; discharged today

Sahara Group chief Subrata Roy recently underwent a successful neurological surgery at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He was discharged on Monday 10 January.

Roy, 73, was recently diagnosed with a brain ailment and advised coiling of the brain which was done by fixing stents and endo-vascular devices. KDAH surgeon Dr Manish Srivastava had operated on the managing worker of Sahara India Pariwar on 6 January.

A company statement said that the chairman of Sahara India Pariwar is fine. After being discharged, he highly praised the doctors and staff of Kokilaben Hospital for their excellent treatment, services and speedy recovery.
