Moscow accused Ukraine of attacking a petroleum storage tank in the Russian city of Belgorod using two helicopters. If confirmed, it would be the first attack on Russian soil since the start of the war on 24 February. According to the governor of the border town, two Ukrainian helicopters entered Russia at low altitude before launching an airstrike on an oil storage complex about 25 miles from the border.
