Panaji: Pernem police arrested on Wednesday Russian citizen Mark Smislov, currently residing in Kannaikwada, Morjim, is suspected to be in possession of 500 grams of narcotics.
Its price is 5 lakh rupees. PI Jeevba Dalvi got secret information that Russia hid the drugs in a car which he had rented.
Smilov was reportedly caught red-handed in the raid. The accused is in custody.
