Rupali Ganguly has the right answer for those who say Anupama looks older than Anuj Kapadia

In a recent interview, Rupali Ganguly admitted that she has heard all these discussions and said how people have even trolled her for it. The actress also explained why there is a reason behind her looking older than Gaurav Khanna (who plays Anuj Kapadia). She mentioned that Anupama is the mother of three grown children and struggled throughout her life to take care of her family. On the contrary, Anuj Kapadia is a wealthy businessman who leads a lavish life, and hence it is okay for his character to look old.

“I don’t care if people on social media are saying ‘Oh, she looks fat, she’s older than Anuj.’ Yes, in real life I am older than Gaurav Khanna. He is 40 years old. This year, he is going to be 41 while I am going to be 45. I am proud of it. We are Anuj in the show. and Anupama, who are both 45 – the same age. When a woman goes through the process of becoming a mother – when women like Anupama become mothers of three children and also take care of all the household chores But, when there is Anuj Kapadia who is a rich tycoon, he has all the time to take care of himself and his public appearance matters to him.
