The Ironman athlete had earlier enthralled the fans when he ran over 400 kms from Mumbai to Gujarat. The clip posted by him garnered a huge outcry from Milind’s wife and workout partner, Ankita Konwar. On her Instagram stories, she posted Milind’s cycling video and wrote, “Because running from Delhi to Mumbai was not enough for this crazy husband of mine! Now he is going from Mumbai to Delhi by bicycle.”

Milind believes in fighting a lazy life. He claims to be a lazy person and small and regular improvements are the key to taking his campaign forward. Milind rode an electric scooter to reach Vadodara from Mumbai, covering a distance of 75 km. He captioned a post, “Starting 1000km cycle ride to Delhi tomorrow morning, first time trying something like this – challenging myself every day.”

His fitness mantra is about struggling and failing but never giving up. Along with a motivational video of himself doing pull ups, Milind wrote, “Fail again! But never say no to struggle, because any struggle which you accept wholeheartedly, that prepares you to face everything in life. This Friday I tried again for 20 but ended up at 19 साढ़े.

In an Instagram Live held in August this year, Milind reiterated the need to be consistent. “Every day I do just one set of pullups and try to make a small improvement every day, because the only thing most important in the journey to better health and fitness is regularity,” he said.
