Controversy continues over Congress leader Salman Khurshid’s book. Meanwhile, a ruckus has started over the statement of another Congress leader Rashid Alvi. Actually, Alvi had come to attend a program in Sambhal, UP. Speaking here, he targeted the BJP on the pretext of Ram. While narrating an episode of Ramayana, he compared those who said Jai Shri Ram to a demon. Alvi said, ‘All those who chant Jai Shri Ram are not sages, they are immoral. Need to be smart.

BJP has also retaliated on this statement of Alvi. BJP’s IT cell chief Amit Malviya has shared the video of Alvi’s statement and said that after Salman Khurshid, now Rashid Alvi is calling those who say Jai Shri Ram as nocturnal (demons).

Alvi said – some people are taking the name of Shri Ram like a demon
In fact, Salman Khurshid, pointing to some people of BJP, compared those who raised the slogan of Jayshree Ram with the Kalnemi demon of Ramayana. Alvi said that when Lakshman had fallen unconscious, Hanuman ji had gone to get Sanjeevani herb from the Himalayas at the behest of Vaidya. At that time the demon was sitting down and shouting Jai Shri Ram. Hearing this, Hanuman ji came down. The demon had sent Hanuman ji to take a bath before chanting Jai Shri Ram to waste his precious time. Like that demon, some people are still chanting the name of Lord Shri Ram.

Alvi has said that we also want Ram Rajya in the country, but how can there be hatred in a state where goats and lions drink water on a ghat. Alvi said that people who mislead people by chanting Jai Shri Ram should beware.

Salman Khurshid compared Hindutva to ISIS
Before Alvi’s statement, there is an uproar over Congress leader Salman Khurshid’s book ‘Sunrise over Ayodhya’. In fact, Khurshid has compared Hindutva with terrorist organizations ISIS and Boko Haram in this book. Khurshid’s book was launched on Wednesday and within 24 hours, a complaint was lodged against him with the Delhi Police. In this case, a lawyer named Vivek Garg has appealed to the Delhi Police Commissioner to register a case. Khurshid is accused of trying to defame Hindutva. At the same time, BJP has said that this is happening at the behest of Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.
