- ACB preparing to be called for questioning, the sword of arrest hangs
ACB has registered a corruption case against 4 people including Nimbaram, who was the regional campaigner of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Rajasthan. The ACB has taken this action on the basis of the video of the transaction of bribe of Rs 20 crore in lieu of passing the bills of cleaning company BVG in Jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation.
Soon ACB is preparing to call Nimbaram for questioning. Nimbaram can also be arrested after interrogation. This is the first time in Rajasthan that the ACB has registered a case against an RSS pracharak on corruption charges.
Suspended mayor her husband also accused
Rajaram Gurjar, husband of suspended Mayor of Jaipur Greater Soumya Gurjar and Nimbaram along with two representatives of BVG company have also been made accused in the BVG bribery scandal. ACB has arrested Rajaram. Recently, two videos went viral, in which Saumya Gurjar’s husband Rajaram Gurjar, BVG company representative Sandeep Chaudhary and Nimbaram are seen.
In these videos, there is talk of 20 crore transactions in lieu of passing bills. During this entire conversation of bribe, Nimbaram is also seen in the video, and is talking equally. Nimbaram is seen in two viral videos of a conversation about the bribery scandal. On the basis of these videos, Nimbaram has also been made an accused by the ACB in the case.
Negotiations were being held on 10% commission
Soumya Gurjar’s husband Rajaram and former RSS regional pracharak Nimbaram are seen in the viral video. Rajaram and a representative of BVG Company negotiate a 10 per cent commission for the outstanding payment. At that time Nimbaram also intervenes in between. Nimbaram is saying at one place these old statements are speaking.
Rajaram and BVG company representative Sandeep Choudhary are talking about payment and commission in return. On this, Nimbaram tells Rajaram in the middle – that is done, your councilors, the presidents of the committees, they will go and blackmail them, so what will you do, don’t get involved in this, know their work. When Rajaram says that he is an expert in getting all this work done, Nimbaram takes the side of the company and says to Rajaram, what will they do, they have to get the work done, they have to walk peacefully.
This scandal became a cause of embarrassment for the RSS
The heat of the BVG bribery scandal has reached the RSS. After the FIR was registered against Nimbaram on charges of corruption, there are many discussions in the political circles. Till today I had never seen any RSS pracharak mediating any such transaction, in Nimbaram’s case this myth has been shattered. The image of RSS pracharaks, known for their honesty till now, has also been affected by this scandal.
Congress got the issue of besieging the RSS
With the registration of a case against Nimbaram on corruption charges, now the Congress has got an opportunity to target the RSS and BJP. Congress will now corner BJP and RSS on corruption, because it has got the basis of ACB case.
Arrest sword on Nimbaram
Nimbaram has been made an accused by the ACB in the corruption case, now he will be questioned. ACB can arrest Nimbaram anytime after interrogation. There are four accused in the case, out of which Rajaram has been arrested, now the sword of arrest hangs on Nimbaram.
Nimbaram was involved in the trial of painting instead of half paint in RSS uniform
The change in the uniform of the RSS was started from Nimbaram itself. In the Sangh meeting held in Nagaur, a trial was conducted to change the uniform of the RSS, Nimbaram was also involved in them. Nimbaram was tried wearing paint, after which paint was included in the uniform of the RSS.
