Rs 70,000 cash looted from tutti-frutti trader Rajkot News – Times of India

Rajkot: While returning home from his shop on Saturday night, there was a tutti-frutti trader living on University Road in the city. Been plundered 70,000 in cash and documents when he was passing through Amin Marg on his two-wheeler at around 10 pm.
According to the police, the victim Suresh Budhdev was caught on the way by two bike-borne robbers, who were following him for some time. Buddhadev was carrying a bag that hung from his shoulder containing cash and documents. When he was near Amin Marg, both of them saw an opportunity to rob him and came to him and the rider sitting behind cut the strap of the bag with a sharp weapon and both fled with the bag.
Later, the victim approached the police and lodged a snatching case at Malviyanagar police station. Police said that both the robbers have been seen in CCTV Area footage. Based on the footage, the police are trying to identify the robbers.
