RRB NTPC CBT 2 dates released, exam from June 12

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) NTPC CBT 2 dates have been announced for Pay Level 2, 3 and 5. The exam will be conducted in computer-based test mode from June 12 to 17. Candidates can check RRB Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) notification on the official website rrbcdg.gov.in.

RRB NTPC CBT 2 will be conducted for Bhubaneswar, Bilaspur, Chandigarh, Gorakhpur, Mumbai, Muzaffarpur, Ranchi and Secunderabad with Level 5 on 12 June, Level 2 on 13 June and Level 3 on 14 June. CBT 2 for RRB Ajmer, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Patna, Bengaluru, Jammu-Srinagar, Kolkata, Siliguri, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Malda and Thiruvananthapuram is scheduled on June 15 for level 5, level 2 will be on June 16 and level 3 . on June 17th.

“Candidates appearing for CBT-II for different levels and on different dates will have separate e-call letter for each level/date. A candidate will be scheduled for all his/her examinations in the same city but the examination center may differ. Each candidate will have a common city information slip. The examination for a particular level will be scheduled in a single shift for the candidates belonging to one RRB,” reads the official notification.

The downloading of examination city, date and travel authority for SC and ST candidates will be made available on all RRB websites 10 days prior to the date of examination. Whereas the downloading of the e-call letter will start four days before the date of the exam, which will contain the exam city and date information link.

Candidates have to carry their Aadhar card for biometric purposes. “Aadhaar linked biometric authentication will be done at the examination center before entering the examination hall. Candidates are required to bring their original Aadhar card,” reads the notice.

Meanwhile, candidates appearing in RRB NTPC are demanding a change in the exam date as they claim that it is clashing with other exams. The level 3 and 5 exams are clashing with the UPPSC PCS preliminary exam which is scheduled to be held on the same date, so the candidates had written to RRBs demanding the postponement of the exam.
