Rozgar Mela: PM Modi to virtually distribute 71,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits today

Rozgar Mela: As part of the job fair, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to distribute around 71,000 appointment letters to newly recruited recruits through video conferencing today. According to a release from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Modi will also address these appointments. It further said that the job fair will be organized at 45 locations across the country.

In support of this initiative, recruitment is being done in Central Government Departments and State Governments/Union Territories, the release said.

New recruitment will be done on various posts / posts

Selected from across the country, the new recruits will join various posts/posts like Gramin Dak Sevak, Postal Inspector, Commercial-cum-Ticket Clerk, Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, Junior Accounts Clerk, Track Maintainer, Assistant Section Officer, Lower. Division Clerk, Sub Divisional Officer, Tax Assistant, Assistant Enforcement Officer, Inspector, Nursing Officer, Assistant Security Officer, firemanAssistant Accounts Officer, Assistant Audit Officer, Divisional Accountant, Auditor, Constable, Head Constable, Assistant Commandant, Principal, Trained Graduate Teacher, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Professor, Others.

New recruits will also get an opportunity to train themselves through Karmayogi Prarambh, which is an online orientation course for all new recruits in various government departments.

It is noteworthy that the employment fair is a step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s commitment to give top priority to employment generation. The job fair is further expected to act as a catalyst in employment generation and provide meaningful opportunities to the youth for their empowerment and participation in national development, the release said. Prime Minister Modi launched the first phase of ‘Rojgar Mela’ on October 22 last year, launching the campaign to provide 10 lakh government jobs.
