The company has not revealed any official details about the same as yet. However, some reports suggested that it might drop some hints soon. 

The leading two-wheeler bike maker Royal Enfield (RE) is gearing up to boost its fleet, and is gearing new latest models under 250cc platform. It has been reported that the first consignment, which has the codename V, will hit the market by 2026 or 2027.

The company has not revealed any official details about the same as yet. However, some reports suggested that it might drop some hints soon.

If rumours are to be believed, RE has been working on the upcoming offering for a very long time. Now, it has reached at a point, where it has received a green signal for the same from the management.

If everything goes as per their plan, these motorcycles will be positioned one step below than 350cc series. It will be more affordable and will allow the riders to have impressive power with decent ride quality on multiple terrains.

Expected Engine and Power

As far as the detailed spec and feature-related details are concerned, the upcoming 250cc range might use the air-cooled engine and is expected to generate a maximum power between 25 to 30 bhp. Again! these are just speculations, concrete details are yet to be shared by the brand.

Some reports also suggested that the manufacturer is also exploring hybrid powertrains as well.

Reports also suggest Royal Enfield is exploring other powertrain options like hybrids. It is not confirmed weather this will make to the production stag or not.
