The Jawa 350 is the latest addition to the Czech motorcycle manufacturer’s India range. Replacing the Jawa Classic, it joins the lineup of Jawa 42, the Jawa 42 Bobber, and the Jawa Perak in the country. Offered in a single variant, the Jawa 350 is powered by a larger 334cc, single-cylinder engine instead of the previous 293cc powerplant. Design Showdown: Retro Rivals, Modern Touches
In terms of styling, it looks like the Jawa 350 takes cues from the Royal Enfield Classic 350 including a peashooter-style exhaust system, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a round headlight, spoke wheels, conventional mirrors, and striking front fenders. Buyers get three colour options to choose from Maroon, Black, and new Mystique Orange.
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is available in a plethora of colour options. The single-channel ABS version is offered in Redditch Red, Redditch Grey, Halcyon Black, and Halcyon Green, while the dual-channel ABS gets 8 paint schemes: Halcyon Black, Dark Stealth Black, Chrome Bronze, Chrome Red, Gunmetal Grey, Signals Desert Sand, Signals Marsh Grey, and Halcyon Green.

In terms of features, both the motorcycles come with ABS, bulb lighting, an analogue instrument cluster, and a side stand sensor. However, the Classic 350 gains a slight edge over the Jawa 350 with its digital fuel gauge.

Powerhouse Punch: Comparing Engine Specs
At the heart of the Jawa 350 lies a new 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 22.2bhp of power at 7,000rpm and 28.1Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm. The motor is mated to a 6-speed transmission, along with an assist and slipper clutch.
On the other hand, thumping beneath the chest of the Classic 350 is a 349cc, air/oil-cooled engine, generating 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm at 4,000rpm. The powerhouse is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Braking Brawl & Suspension Showdown
The Jawa 350 is built upon a new dual-cradle frame. A 35mm telescopic front fork and 5-step pre-load adjustable twin shock rear absorbers perform the suspension duties. On the other hand, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets a double-downtube unit. Suspension duties are taken care of by a 41mm telescopic front fork and 6-step pre-load adjustable dual shock rear absorbers.
A 280mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear on Jawa 350 take care of braking duties with dual-channel ABS coming as standard. On the other hand, the Classic 350 has a larger 300mm front disc and at the rear, there is either a 270mm disc or 153mm drum brake.
