Talks between Moscow and Kyiv are set to resume on Tuesday, a Ukrainian representative said earlier in the day after a fourth round of meetings after two weeks of fighting without any success.
Ukraine’s senior negotiator and presidential aide Mikhailo Podolik wrote on Twitter on Monday: “The technical pause in the talks has been taken until tomorrow.”
