The excitement around Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898AD is all-time high. Upon its release in theatres on June 27, the film opened to rave reviews from audiences and critics alike. Celebrities are also pouring in love for the team of the sci-fi thriller. But, actor Rishab Shetty went the extra mile to extend wishes for the film’s team. Rishab Shetty, on his Instagram handle, shared a photo with the 6-ton beast Bujji, the futuristic car from Kalki 2898AD and wrote a message for the team. He was also joined by his wife Pragathi Shetty and son Ranvit for the photo-op.

“From our Bujji Gang. Wishing team @kalki2898ad All the Best,” he wrote. Sporting a not-so-casual look in a blue oversized T-shirt paired with beige cargo trousers, the actor posed solo in front of the futuristic vehicle. In the following frames, there’s an adorable picture of Ranvit comfortably seated in the car. As you slide further, you catch a glimpse of some heartwarming father-son moments as the duo enjoys playful interactions together.

Extending their wishes to the Kalki 2898AD team, Pragathi wrote, “From our Bujji Gang. Wishing team @kalki2898ad All the Best.”

Rishab Shetty’s joyous meet with the vehicle comes days after the Kalki 2898 AD team shared a post on Instagram. Featuring Rishab Shetty along with the car, the post was captioned, “Kalki X Kantara. @rishabshettyofficial gets his hands on Bujji. #Kalki2898AD.”

The clip showcased the film’s team organising a special event for Rishab Shetty in Kundapura, Karnataka. The actor received a warm welcome with the traditional dhol music. Later, he took Bujji for a drive under the supervision of a guide.

Expressing his excitement to drive Bujji, Rishab said, “The glimpse in the teaser was enough for me to know the range of Bujji in the film.” He continued, “It was an amazing experience to take Bujji for a spin.” He concluded by wishing the best for the film, saying, “All the best, Bhairavaa and Bujji. ‘Kalki’ is releasing on June 27. Go to the theaters and experience it on the big screen; all the best Prabhas sir.”

Work-wise, Rishab Shetty is busy working on Kantara: Chapter 1, a prequel to Kantara: A Legend. In the movie, the Kantara star will reportedly play Lord Shiva. Besides, he also has an exciting project titled Rudraprayag in the pipeline.
