‘Right point out’: After Congress, TMC calls Mamata a ‘pillar’ for non-BJP opposition

Two days after West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee wrote to all opposition leaders asking them to come together for a united fight against the BJP, her party mouthpiece praised her initiative with Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi Supported the tweet.

After Mamata Banerjee’s letter on Wednesday, Abhishek Manu Singhvi had tweeted that the non-BJP opposition was “the need of the hour,” adding that Mamata is “her pillar”.

“Non #BJP opposition is the need of the hour. #Mamata is his pillar. Each element has 2 united synergistically to prevent a state-by-state 2 vote split for 2024. BJP’s best win is no more than 39% of the popular vote. Mamata and everyone else will have to do everything possible to unite the non-BJP sector,” Abhishek Manu Singhvi’s tweet read.

TMC mouthpiece Jago Bangla mentions Abhishek Manu Singhvi’s tweet. Whatever he has tweeted is in the future. 2024 BJP government needs to be changed. It has to be seen that the opposition vote is not divided. Obviously, as Manu Singhvi has rightly said, Mamata is the face of this opposition. Singhvi has actually guessed the actual truth.

Only Mamta Banerjee can coordinate between the opposition leaders.

He has experience of handling important ministries in the central government and has defeated BJP in 2021.

Sharad Pawar also supported Mamta’s call for a united opposition. Political experts say that while opposition leaders seem to be backing his initiative, it needs to be seen whether it will be an appropriate move or not.
