Riddhi Dogra tests COVID-19 positive, actress requests everyone to get tested while shooting

Actress Ridhi Dogra has tested COVID positive. The actress, who was shooting for a project some time back, has requested everyone present on the shoot and those who came in contact with her last week to get tested. Riddhi also told in her Instagram post that she has no symptoms and has quarantined herself at home.

“Hey everyone, I have tested positive for COVID. I do not have any symptoms that I can talk about. I have left myself at home and am taking necessary care under the guidance of a doctor. That’s all and for anyone who gets in touch. On shooting with me and otherwise in the last week or so please test yourself. Thank you and Happy 2022. Please keep the mask on,” she said on her Instagram stories. Wrote in a shared post.

A day before testing positive for COVID, Ridhi had shared that she is not feeling well but is grateful to be in the comfort of her own home.

On the work front, after enthralling audiences with her performances on TV and OTT, Riddhi Dogra is all set to foray into Bollywood with ‘Lakdabagh’, where she will be seen opposite Anshuman Jha. For the actress, who has been seen in the crime thriller web series ‘Asur’, there should be something in a character that can stay in the subconscious mind of the audience.

Talking about her character in her Bollywood debut ‘Lakadbagga’, she says, “I play a Catholic Bengali cop, a crime branch officer, who finds himself at the center of the animal trade industry. “

Written by Alok Sharma and directed by Victor Mukherjee, the film draws on the universal theme of ‘Good vs Evil’, where the illegal animal trade contributes a large part of the industry’s narrative narrative.
