Mumbai, May 26 | ‘Gud Khake’ fame and influential Richa Sinha talks about her recently released romantic number ‘Kangane’.
The song is based on the vision of the female protagonist played by Reecha.
She says: “‘Kangani’ is close to me because it relates so much to real life and being a ’90s kid, I enjoy doing things that involve emotional drama. Thanks to the entire team who did Dragged us in just one day especially in that extremely hot weather condition. I enjoyed every part of it.”
The song is a kind of banter between Nayak, Reecha and singer Upesh Jangwal, who is also featured in the song. The song brings out the beauty of Goa’s beaches.
Producer and director Piyush Jain shares: “With a week of pre-production and a shooting schedule of less than a day, I intended to complete the song without compromising on the story and thankfully it happened. The team, audio and cast matched perfectly, and everything went well. All I can say is that if there is love in the universe, it is visible on the canvas.”
The lyrics of the song are written by Sukh Bajwa. The song has been released through Yellow Music in association with Machao Music and is produced by Hitendra Kapopara, Piyush Jain and Meet Ahir.
