Film producer and screenwriter Rumi Jaffrey’s daughter Alfia Jaffrey is all set to tie the knot. On Sunday, the bride’s Mehndi Ceremony took place in Mumbai, in which Alfia’s friends and family members attended. the actors Rhea Chakraborty And Krystle D’Souza was also seen attending the ceremony at Alfia’s residence.
The paparazzi gathered outside the venue looked forward to seeing the two with Alfia. Photos and videos from the ceremony were shared on social media by celebrity photographers. On this occasion, all three were seen in yellow ethnic outfits. Alfia wore a yellow kurti with sharara pants with golden zari work. She completed her look with white floral jewellery. Actress Krystle was also seen wearing a dark colored kurta and sharara pants, which she paired with a sheer dupatta and matching face mask.
Rhea and Krystal have teamed up with Alfia’s father Rumi in his upcoming film Chehre. The thriller is awaiting its release date as the pandemic continues to keep theaters closed across the country. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. Chehre was earlier scheduled to hit the silver screens on April 9. However, with the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic sweeping the country, the makers of the film decided to postpone the film. The trailer of Chehre was released earlier in March. Meanwhile, Alfia was seen enjoying her bachelorette party last month, with her recent Instagram post giving us a glimpse of how she celebrated with her friends.
