Akhilesh Yadav in a tweet on Saturday said that all the winning MLAs of the SP-RLD alliance should fulfill their responsibility of helping the people in their constituencies. The Karhal seat won by Akhilesh comes under Mainpuri district, which is a Yadav stronghold.
