Jio True 5G comes to more states in India
Jio True 5G is now offering its high-speed data network in over 184 cities across the country.
Reliance Jio continues to expand its 5G network India At a rapid pace and on Tuesday it has launched True 5G network in 50 cities across 17 states and union territories.
This is the largest Jio True 5G roll out in the country so far, and also means that Jio is the only 5G operator in some of the cities announced this week.
Jio True 5G now comes in three new states namely Goa, Haryana and Puducherry, taking the total number of cities with active Jio True 5G network enjoying high-speed 5G service to 184 cities. Jio is offering its special Jio Welcome Offer for Jio users in these cities, giving them a chance to experience 1Gbps+ data speeds on their mobile devices at no extra cost and using their existing 4G SIM cards . Jio True 5G provides its network through a standalone 5G architecture without dependency on other 4G networks.
Jio True 5G brings its network under its wing to the best mix of spectrum in the 700 MHz, 3500 MHz and 26 GHz bands.
Having these spectrums means that Jio True 5G users get reliable high-speed data indoors with low-latency that is perfect for gaming, video streaming and more. Jio has major plans to expand 5G coverage to more cities and regions across India by the end of 2023.
