Rejected the family’s claim on the royal property. Rajkot News – Times of India

Rajkot: Mandhatasinh Jadeja, the head of the Rajkot royal family, in a statement on Saturday termed his nephew Ranshurveersinh Jadeja’s claim of his right over the royal property as baseless. Mandhatasingh further said that the dispute over royal property was an internal matter of his family. And it should not be discussed publicly.
Pradyumnasinh Jadeja’s great-grandson Ranshuvarsinh had claimed that he was being denied his share in the royal property despite being a natural heir.
Mandhatasingh said in a statement on Saturday, “The late Pradyumansinhji had given his share to the late Prahladsinhji (Ransurveer Singh’s grandfather) while he was alive. Now, nobody has any right over the property of the royal family.”
According to Mandhatasingh, Aniruddhsinh (Ranshurveersinh’s father) had admitted in the court that his father Prahladsinhji had received a share of the property and as a result, no member of Prahladsinhji’s family could claim his share in the royal property.
“No one has the right to publicly make baseless claims on behalf of the royal family,” Mandhatasingh said.
