People whose names are missing in the official COVID death list of the government can also apply for appeal in the portal. The application and appeal process in the portal has been simplified to the maximum. Those who are unable to apply or appeal online can approach the nearest Primary Health Center or Akshaya Kendra to apply, the minister said.
