NEW DELHI: Realme Narzo 50 is here. realme has expanded its budget smartphone range with the launch of the all new Realme Narzo 50 smartphone in India. Successor to Narzo 30,the smartphone comes with a full HD+ display and offers 6 different refresh rates which goes up to 120Hz. The budget smartphone is powered by MediaTek processor and it also offers virtual RAM of up to 5GB.
Price and availability
Realme Narzo 50 comes in two variants — 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB priced at Rs 12,999 and Rs 15,499 respectively. Customers will be able to purchase the smartphone in Speed Blue and Speed Black color options. The smartphone will go on sale starting March 3. The smartphone will be available online on realme.com and Amazon.in and offline on authorized retail stores in the country.
At this price point, the Realme Narzo 50 will face competition from the recently launched Redmi Note 11. The smartphone comes with a starting price tag of Rs 13,499 and sports a 50MP main camera. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the smartphone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with fast charging support.
Realme Narzo 50 specifications
Realme Narzo 50 comes with a 6.6-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2412 pixel resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 processor paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM.
The smartphone comes in two storage options — 64GB and 128GB. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box topped with realme UI. The company has also announced that the smartphone will be upgraded to Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top.
Realme Narzo 50 sports a triple rear camera with 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 2MP black and white portrait camera and 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.1 aperture.
The smartphone comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
