Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday advised students to visit libraries and read newspapers regularly as it will help them prepare for competitive exams. The Chief Minister said this while interacting with 10 meritorious students of 12th Uttar Pradesh Board Examination at his residence.

Adityanath said that the state and central governments have launched various schemes which have been implemented for the benefit of the students. He also suggested that students should send postcards to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, thanking him for the schemes launched for them. “You will be updated for the upcoming competitive exams,” the chief minister told the visiting students.

Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak and other ministers were also present during the conversation. The Chief Minister discussed with the students the methods of their exam preparation and also asked their school principals about the strategy adopted by them to prepare for the board examinations.

Speaking about the state government’s ‘Abhyudaya Yojana’ to provide coaching for competitive exams, Adityanath said, “The scheme prepares students for the various competitive exams they are planning to appear for. ” In the Yoga Day function organized on Tuesday, the Chief Minister said that yoga should be practiced for a healthy body and mind.
