Raveena Tandon was attacked by a group of people in Mumbai after she allegedly assaulted three women who were reportedly injured due to her driver’s rash driving.
Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon was attacked on Saturday night after a group of women claimed she and her driver assaulted three women, allegedly including an elderly lady. The incident allegedly took place in Mumbai. A shocking video has surfaced online showing the actress being attacked by a group of women. The video, surfaced on X, showed the actress begging the group to not hit her. “Please don’t hit me,” Raveena said while defending herself from the women.
According to Free Press Journal, Raveena’s driver has been accused of rash driving. He allegedly hit three people at Mumbai’s Carter Road, neat Rizvi College. When the women confronted him, Raveena allegedly got out of the car. The FPJ report claimed she was under the influence of alcohol. The allegedly drunk actress ‘abused and assaulted’ the victim, the report claimed.
Crime journalist Mohsin Shaikh shared the video of the incident on X and wrote, “Allegations of Assault by #RaveenaTandon & her driver on elderly Woman Incident near Rizvi law college, family Claims that @TandonRaveena was under influence of Alcohol, women have got head injuries, Family is at Khar Police station @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @mieknathshinde.” He added, “Raveena Tandon’s husband and film distributor Anil Thadani is also at Khar police.”
In the video, one of the alleged victims was heard telling Raveena, “You will have to spend the night in jail. My nose is bleeding.” Raveena was heard urging people, “Don’t push. Please don’t hit me.” When she noticed the camera, she asked the person to not film her.
