Rasika Duggal, who plays the strong character of Bina Tripathi in Mirzapur, has started shooting for the show, which is all set to return for the third season. The actor took to Instagram to post a video pointing to the same. Mirzapur has become a cult show with thousands of fans and Duggal has been garnering praises since the first season for his role in it. She shared a video on Instagram in which Trunks was seen writing the names of the actors. In the video, he wrote in Hindi, “We are preparing”.

Talking about the series, Rasika said, “I am looking forward to reuniting with the cast and I am glad that Gurmeet is directing us this season as well. Convincing for a director who is responsible for the story. Know the characters and the world inside and out. Divyendu and Kulji will be missed!”
In Mirzapur, she is able to portray the character of a young woman from a small town in UP, who wields the power to alter the narrative of several events in the series with great nuance. Her iconic dialogues have already made her a fan favorite and followers are excited to know whether or not she will be able to navigate through the patriarchal fiefdom and eventually achieve her goal.
Mirzapur Season 3 will also star Pankaj Tripathi, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Vijay Verma and Isha Talwar, and is backed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production house, Excel Entertainment.
Apart from Mirzapur 3, Rasika’s upcoming projects are Adhura, Spike, Delhi Crime Season 2, Lord Curzon Ki Haveli and Fairy Folk.
