A case of rape has come to light in a five star hotel in the capital Delhi. The girl had met the accused man through a ‘dating’ app. The accused is a resident of Hyderabad and is absconding since the incident.
Intoxicants mixed in cold drinks
According to the victim, the accused asked her to meet him and called on May 30 at a five star hotel in Dwarka. When the girl reached the hotel, the accused took her to a room. In the room, the accused gave cold drink to the victim, in which the intoxicant was mixed. The victim fainted after drinking it. The accused raped the victim and fled.
Police is raiding in search of accused
According to Delhi Police, a woman was allegedly raped at a five star hotel in Delhi’s Dwarka area on June 3. The accused and the victim had come in contact with each other through a dating app. The accused is a resident of Hyderabad and is currently absconding. Several teams of police are conducting raids in search of the accused. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka) M Harsh Vardhan said that based on the complaint of the woman, a case has been registered and raids are being conducted continuously to nab the accused.
second incident in a week
This is the second case of rape in a hotel inside Delhi-NCR within a week. Earlier, a case of rape with a woman came to light in a five star hotel in Gurugram. One of the accused first befriended a 28-year-old woman through social media and then raped her by taking her to a hotel on the pretext of drinking alcohol. The accused fled from there after carrying out the incident. Gurugram police is still searching for the accused.
There have been many such cases
Let us inform that earlier in Noida, a case of alleged rape of a teenager had come to light after luring her, where the accused was arrested. According to Sujit Upadhyay, in-charge of Phase-2 police station of Gautam Budh Nagar, a teenager living in Bhangel village was kidnapped two months ago by a youth named Naveen. He said that the accused youth allegedly raped the girl. The police arrested the accused Naveen.

Do not share personal information on dating apps. Especially do not share your bank details, home or office address.
If someone asks for money, then flatly refuse.
