New Delhi: Ever since its pre-teaser release, Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna has garnered a lot of attention. This film has been awaited for a long time. As soon as the film was announced, fans waited for more details. Looks like Ranbir’s new fiery avatar will have to wait longer as Animal has been delayed. Earlier it was supposed to clash with Akshay Kumar’s Oh My God 2 and Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 on August 11.
Ranbir’s Animal postponed
Animal will see Ranbir Kapoor in a new avatar and it is expected to be a violent story. In April, Animal began filming in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. As per our latest information, the team behind the film has postponed the release date of the action-thriller. The new release date is yet to be announced.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the update on Twitter and wrote, “#Xclusiv… Animal is not coming on Independence Day weekend… #Animal – starring #RanbirKapoor and directed by #SandeepReddyVanga – *will not release on 11th August 2023. ” €æ Yes, the film has been postponed… The new release date will be announced in the coming days. #BhushanKumar (sic).”
The crime thriller Animal is directed by Sandeep Vanga. This will be his second Hindi film after Kabir Singh (2019). Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures are behind the film. Rashmika Mandanna plays the lead role.
