Chef Harsh Dixit spoke about his experience.
Ranbir Kapoor’s private chef, Harsh Dixit, has worked for celebrities like Rakhi Sawant, Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor among others.
Ranbir Kapoor’s private chef, Harsh Dixit, recently caught everyone’s attention after he cooked a special meal for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir’s wedding anniversary. However, did you know he has also worked with Rakhi Sawant? About a decade ago, Harsh used to offer a packed meal service for Bollywood celebs and Rakhi was one of his clients.
Appearing on the Untriggered by Aminjaz podcast, Harsh said, “Dude, I’ve had some crazy voice notes that she would send. She would give her preferences… Even her voice notes. That’s real, whatever we see the whole time. Some fasting and all she would do, and ask for some sabudana khichdi, and we’d wonder isme kahan se protein calories and all. I didn’t know she didn’t have management, she was doing it by herself.”
Harsh recalled that she would call him for negotiations and say, “Babu, nahi hoga.” Harsh added that he had a lot of fun working with Rakhi. Talking about his career, he mentioned, “I started my career at a restaurant, then I started my meal-prep service. For the kind of service that it was, it got a lot of attention from people from the movie industry. They were looking for something like this, getting packed meals delivered to them based on their diets. Ranbir was one of our clients back then as well.”
Chef Harsh Dixit said that he has worked with celebrities like Rakhi Sawant, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Shahid Kapoor among others. During his packed meal business career, he met Ranbir and Alia and now, years later, is their private chef.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated their second wedding anniversary on April 14 this year. Harsh had shared a photo of their menu from their private dinner, which instantly went viral. The artwork on the menu featured Alia and Ranbir at a dinner table, sharing a single strand of spaghetti ‘Lady and the Tramp’ style as their daughter, Raha, stood between them, holding the same noodle.
