Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt wedding: The procession will move from Krishna Raj bungalow to Vastu

With Alia Bhatt’s mehendi coming to an end on Wednesday, the focus shifted to the wedding ceremony on Wednesday. The families of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are gearing up for the power couple’s wedding ceremony to be held on Thursday, April 14.


The procession of members of the Kapoor family will move from Krishna Raj Bungalow, Ranbir and Alia’s under-construction future home, named after the late Raj Kapoor’s wife, a part of Mumbai’s Tony Pali Hill neighborhood, to Ranbir’s current home, Vastu. in another part of the same area. The two addresses are separated by less than a kilometer or two.

Ranbir had moved to Vastu in 2016 from the Kapoor family’s ancestral home in Chembur. The architectural interiors, incidentally, were designed by Gauri Khan.


The space between the two spaces is decorated with light decorations hanging from trees. On April 14, a contingent of policemen will be deployed to ensure smooth movement of the procession from one building to another. Earlier on Wednesday, the pre-wedding rituals of Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt began with a puja followed by a mehendi ceremony. Family members and celebrity guests soon arrived at Vastu, the married couple’s Bandra residence, for the pre-wedding festivities. From the Kapoor sisters- Karisma and Kareena Kapoor Khan to Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji, many celebs attended the ceremony.
