A leading name in the Kannada film industry, Ramesh Aravind is back in the avatar of a cop with his next, Bhairadevi. According to the latest updates on the release, the makers have finalised a release date for the film.
As per the updates on the project, the film is scheduled to release next month, on October 3. The release has amassed considerable hype and a lot is being expected by the fans as well as the audience. Ramesh will be portraying the role of a police officer in the film. The project will be coming around the first day of the Navratri festival.
Prominent actress Radhika Kumaraswamy will be seen in the titular role. According to more information, the actress will play a female Aghora in the film – a unique role – vastly different from her earlier works.
The film is being made under the direction of Shrijai, who is also credited as the screenplay and dialogue writer. The cast includes Ramesh Aravind, Radhika Kumaraswamy, Rangayana Raghu, Ravishankar, Skanda Ashok, Anu Mukherjee, Malavika Avinash and Suchendra Prasad. It is being produced by Ravi Raj and Yadav. The music in the film is composed by KK Senthil Prasad, while the cinematographer is JS Wali. Ravi Chandran is the editor.
The female lead, Radhika Kumaraswamy is busy with the promotions of the film, now that the release is near. Taking to her official Instagram handle, the actress shared a glimpse from the puja ceremony to mark the promotions. The video then shows Radhika on an auto, commencing the promotions with driving the vehicle herself. It is captioned, “With the leaders,” referring to the auto drivers. The video has been liked over 161,000 times and gained more than 3 million views.
On the other hand, Ramesh Aravind is also working on KD – The Devil, a Druva Sarja starrer being directed by Prem. The film is expected to be released in November.
