Minhaj Ahmed and Masiruddin alias Musheer, the terrorists of Al Qaeda’s wing Ansar Al Qaeda Hind (AGH), who were arrested in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow on Sunday, have been taken on 14-day remand by the ATS. Many important revelations have also been made in the interrogation of both.

According to the IB report, these terrorists were plotting serial blasts after the verdict on Ram temple. That is why this module of Al Qaeda was created. For this, first new boys were recruited, then they were prepared for the fidayeen squad. They were also trained to make bombs for less money. It is also learned that 7 boys in the squad had also done Reiki of Ram Janmabhoomi by roaming on bike in Ayodhya two years ago.

The ATS produced both on Monday afternoon in a special court in Lucknow. Where ATS filed remand application. Which was accepted by Justice Ram Yogendra Gupta of Additional District Judge-3 Court.

The ATS had received inputs on Sunday about the presence of terrorists in Dubagga, Lucknow. But Shakeel escaped before the siege. Minhaj Ahmed and Masiruddin were caught. ATS is looking for Shakeel.

Sources say that Irshad was helping Minhaj and Maseeruddin in the serial blasts that took place on August 15. While Laik, a resident of Pechbagh, has another carrier. These people had planned to carry out serial blasts by marking about a dozen places in the entire state. For this their sleeping modules were fully activated.

Security agencies picked up 23 suspects in the state
Security agencies are interrogating around 23 sleeping modules from Kanpur, Saharanpur and Lucknow. Simultaneously, Minhaj is collecting information related to their activities from the family members of Masiruddin. According to sources, these people were preparing for jihad by radicalizing the youth in the surrounding deserted areas. The youth who met him are also being traced.

Relatives of terrorists lodged in jail are also monitored
The ATS has also started keeping an eye on the relatives of the jailed terrorists. Ghaus Muhammad, Danish and Atif, associates of Saifullah from Kanpur, who were killed in an ATS encounter in March 2017, are still in jail. At the same time, Kamaruddin of Assam, arrested in Kanpur, is also in jail. About a dozen people associated with him are on the radar of ATS. Those who had had contact with these people at some point or the other had also met them.

Today ATS will present both the terrorists in the court.

ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that intelligence had received inputs that Minhaj, Shakeel and Masiruddin in Dubga area were preparing to carry out terrorist activities in UP. In the arrest of the ATS team, it has come to the fore that Shakeel escaped from the spot.

It was leading the AGH terrorist organization. Which is being operated by Omar Halmandi on the India-Afghanistan border. Till now it was being run by Asim Umar of UP Sambhal. Who died in September 2019. This gang was started by Al Jawahar in September 2014 to conduct terrorist activities in India. It was Halmandi who along with Shakeel and Minhaj had raised the gang in UP.

The plot of serial blast was revealed only 2 years ago
After the Ram Mandir verdict in December 2019, the UPSTF (Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force) arrested the infamous terrorist Jalees Ansari alias Dr. Bomb in Kanpur. That’s when the conspiracy was exposed. Jalis, who ran away after breaking the parole, had told that there is anger among terrorist organizations regarding CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) and Ram Mandir decision. So preparations for serial blast are going on in UP. He had also told that this is a very big mission, which the government cannot stop. To carry out this, fidayeen is being prepared in every district of UP. To teach these fidayeens the techniques of making bombs, he had reached Kanpur after breaking the parole.

Dr. Bomb, one of the world’s 10 most dreaded terrorists, is lodged in Ajmer Jail. Along with him, Professor Habib Ahmed of Rae Bareli, who was involved in the blasts across the country in protest against the demolition of Babri Masjid, Dr. Muhiuddin Jamal Alvi, resident of Nakhas of Lucknow and Abre Rehmat Ansari of Mumbai are also in Ajmer jail.
