According to the IB report, these terrorists were plotting serial blasts after the verdict on Ram temple. That is why this module of Al Qaeda was created. For this, first new boys were recruited, then they were prepared for the fidayeen squad. They were also trained to make bombs for less money. It is also learned that 7 boys in the squad had also done Reiki of Ram Janmabhoomi by roaming on bike in Ayodhya two years ago.

The ATS produced both on Monday afternoon in a special court in Lucknow. Where ATS filed remand application. Which was accepted by Justice Ram Yogendra Gupta of Additional District Judge-3 Court.

commander of terrorists Shakeel absconding
Earlier in the interrogation of Minhaj and Masiruddin, ATS has got important clues. Al Qaeda terrorists in UP were looking for a big conspiracy. ATS claims that both were plotting to shake the country by becoming serial blasts and human bombs on August 15. Both of them were operated by AGH’s UP Commander Shakeel.

The ATS had received inputs on Sunday about the presence of terrorists in Dubagga, Lucknow. But Shakeel escaped before the siege. Minhaj Ahmed and Masiruddin were caught. ATS is looking for Shakeel.

ATS action in Kanpur, 6 detained
UP ATS has taken a big action in Kanpur. Here the ATS has detained 6 people, including Irshad, an accomplice of the terrorists. Sources say that Irshad was helping Minhaj and Maseeruddin in the serial blasts that took place on August 15. While Laik, a resident of Pechbagh, has another carrier. These are all sleeper cells living in residential areas. On receiving the signal of UP Commander Shakeel, the bombs and weapons were about to be delivered to the designated place.

Shakeel had made plans for the blast
In the last 24 hours, ATS has conducted raids in Lucknow, Kanpur, Meerut, Deoband and Barabanki in search of Shakeel. It is clear from the inputs received from Minhaj and Masiruddin that these people were targeted at major temples, monuments, railway stations and politicians and policemen who participated in the August 15 program. These people had planned to carry out serial blasts by marking about a dozen places in the entire state. For this their sleeping modules were fully activated.

Security agencies picked up 23 suspects in the state
Security agencies are interrogating around 23 sleeping modules from Kanpur, Saharanpur and Lucknow. Simultaneously, Minhaj is collecting information related to their activities from the family members of Masiruddin. According to sources, these people were preparing for jihad by radicalizing the youth in the surrounding deserted areas. The youth who met him are also being traced.

Relatives of terrorists lodged in jail are also monitored
The ATS has also started keeping an eye on the relatives of the jailed terrorists. Ghaus Muhammad, Danish and Atif, associates of Saifullah from Kanpur, who were killed in an ATS encounter in March 2017, are still in jail. At the same time, Kamaruddin of Assam, arrested in Kanpur, is also in jail. About a dozen people associated with him are on the radar of ATS. Umar Halmadi Group is operating from Pakistan Border
ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that intelligence had received inputs that Minhaj, Shakeel and Masiruddin in Dubga area were preparing to carry out terrorist activities in UP. In the arrest of the ATS team, it has come to the fore that Shakeel escaped from the spot.

It was leading the AGH terrorist organization. Which is being operated by Omar Halmandi on the India-Afghanistan border. Till now it was being run by Asim Umar of UP Sambhal. Who died in September 2019. This gang was started by Al Jawahar in September 2014 to conduct terrorist activities in India. It was Halmandi who along with Shakeel and Minhaj had raised the gang in UP.

The deteriorating relationship of Bhatkal with Al Qaeda also affected the mission.
Fugitive Yasin Bhatkal, who commanded the Indian Mujahideen, worked for Al Qaeda for a long time. But he had joined ISIS as he could not find a place in the expansion of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. This was followed by the entry of Al Qaeda in the mission of UP. Omar Halmandi was recruiting new youth by preparing a new module of al-Qaeda. For the training of these youths, they were being sent to the camp operated on the border of Pakistan and Kashmir. Minhaj, who was caught, had gone to this camp 3 times.

The plot of serial blast was revealed only 2 years ago
After the Ram Mandir verdict in December 2019, the UPSTF (Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force) arrested the infamous terrorist Jalees Ansari alias Dr. Bomb in Kanpur. That’s when the conspiracy was exposed. Jalis, who ran away after breaking the parole, had told that there is anger among terrorist organizations regarding CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) and Ram Mandir decision. So preparations for serial blast are going on in UP. He had also told that this is a very big mission, which the government cannot stop. To carry out this, fidayeen is being prepared in every district of UP. To teach these fidayeens the techniques of making bombs, he had reached Kanpur after breaking the parole.

Team reached Ajmer jail to interrogate the mastermind of making bomb
Dr. Bomb, one of the world’s 10 most dreaded terrorists, is lodged in Ajmer Jail. Along with him, Professor Habib Ahmed of Rae Bareli, who was involved in the blasts across the country in protest against the demolition of Babri Masjid, Dr. Muhiuddin Jamal Alvi, resident of Nakhas of Lucknow and Abre Rehmat Ansari of Mumbai are also in Ajmer jail. Jalees Ansari, who did MBBS from Mumbai in 1983, knows the methods of making the world’s cheapest and deadliest bombs. The diary found with him contained a list of more than 600 chemicals used in making bombs. He handles these organizations from inside the jail. The 1993 serial blasts were planned by Jalees and Habib sitting at Jamal Alvi’s house in Nakhas. Jalees Ansari learned the initial methods of making bombs from Abdul Karim Tunda, a terrorist of Bulandshahr. Rajasthan ATS team is interrogating Jalees and his accomplices lodged in Ajmer Jail.

7 suspects did reiki of Ayodhya two years ago by roaming on bike
A few months before Jalees Ansari was caught in Kanpur, the Ayodhya police had nabbed 7 suspects. In this, youths from the Terai area adjoining Rajasthan and Nepal were involved. They were doing Reiki of religious places of UP by roaming on bike. Maps of many religious places were also found from them. Their interrogation went on for several days. But they had to leave as there was no concrete evidence of terrorist connections. A few days later, Rashid Ahmed, a resident of ISI, Chandauli, was caught in Banaras. Then it came to know that the youths caught in Ayodhya were sent only to do Reiki.

Search intensifies for Indian Mujahideen financier Abdul Kayam
Jalees Ansari had told that the real brothers Rehman and Abdul Qayoom, residents of Faithfulganj in Kanpur, were the financiers of the Indian Mujahideen. Handloom businessman Rahman was killed in a road accident. Qayyum fled to Muscat after Jalis’s arrest. Where he got a job as a translator in a government department. Jalees had reached Kanpur only to meet Ayub. Now after the arrest of two terrorists from Lucknow, the Kanpur connection came to the fore again and the search for Qayoom has intensified.
