Ace filmmaker Shankar Shanmugam’s debut Telugu project, tentatively titled RC15, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, often grabs headlines for its interesting updates. The latest buzz is that Ram Charan will be seen in not one or two but three different roles in the film. The actor is likely to play a father and two sons in RC15.
In the three roles, one son is said to be negative, while the other will be seen as a civil servant. The shooting of the film is going on at a brisk pace.
For those not familiar, marks the second collaboration of the upcoming political drama Kiara Advani and Ram Charan. Earlier, both had worked together in Vinaya Vidya Rama which was a flop.
The thrilling project stars Naveen Chandra, Priyadarshi and Venela Kishore. Apart from this, it also stars Malayalam actors Jayaram, Sunil and Tamil director SJ Suriya in pivotal roles.
Talking about the technical crew, the pan-India project has cinematography by Tiru, who also shot Acharya. S Thaman will compose the music for the project, while the editor is Shamir Mohammed.
Coming to Ram Charan, the actor has recently gained global recognition after RRR helmed by SS Rajamouli. However, the actor’s latest outing Acharya was a total disaster at the box office. On the professional front, he has several upcoming projects in the pipeline.
Meanwhile, South India’s most popular director Shankar will soon start shooting for the Hindi remake of his Tamil hit, Anniyaan, which is directed by Ranveer Singh and is expected to go on floors later this year.
