Rakeysh Bapat will return to work but will not return to Bigg Boss 15

Rakesh Bapat did a wild card entry in Bigg Boss 15. However, due to medical reasons, the actor abruptly pulled out of the show two weeks back. He is doing better now but is still being treated for kidney stones. Although stating that he is able to work, Rakesh said that he will not return to the Bigg Boss house as it is too difficult, and due to his current health condition, it is not allowed for him at the moment.

According to the actor, Big Boss OTT The producers wanted him to be a partner of bigg boss 15 As ETimes reports, that wasn’t possible from the start, but because of work obligations. Rakesh said that his supporters had also written him a note saying that they wanted to see him in the house, so he went inside. However, health concerns arose, forcing him to leave suddenly.

Rakesh said that he has experienced similar concerns in the past and now that they have surfaced again, he is looking into them and taking necessary steps. “I had a similar kidney stone problem five years ago and was immediately taken for testing. There is still a little swelling and I am getting it checked regularly and taking lots of precautions as well,” said the actor.

“I can go back to work,” Rakesh said, commenting on resuming shooting, “but Bigg Boss is a tough 24-hour job, which is not allowed for me right now.” The Tum Bin actor said that going back to the BB15 home is not an easy environment and considering his current health condition, he is unable to do so. Apart from this, he is completing many more pending shoots. “My producers are understanding the whole process enough to be less taxing on my health,” he continued.

Meanwhile, Rakesh and Shamita’s strong bond in Bigg Boss OTT prompted the makers to bring the actor on board. After Rakesh left the show, Shamita also left the house due to medical concerns. However, he is expected to be back in the house soon.
