Ramgarh: RajrappaThe Chhinnamastika Temple and Patratu Lake Resort (PLR), run by the Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation (JTDC), have been asked to allow visitors who have received both their doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
Rajrappa and resorts are favorite destinations for picnickers and tourists during winters. Every year on 1st January at both the places huge crowd gathers from Ranchi and adjoining districts and adjoining districts of the state. West Bengal, The Chinnamastika temple, located 26 km from here, has become the third place of worship, where only devotees who take both the doses will be allowed. Earlier this week, Baidyanath Dham Temple in Deoghar and Basukinath Temple in Dumka were also asked to do the same.
Ramgarh Deputy Commissioner Madhavik Mishra Took stock of the resort and its preparations for New Year’s Eve and January 1. “Vaccination camps are also being set up at the entry points of these two tourist places. Masks will also be sold,” said Mishra.
