Rajinikanth On Wednesday, on the occasion of completing 15 years of his film ‘Shivaji’, the superstar met director Shankar Shanmugam, who has delivered some big blockbusters. Shankar’s daughter Aditi also joined him. Sivaji, which turned out to be a huge blockbuster, starred Rajinikanth as an NRI who returns to India with a dream of making education affordable even for the country’s poor. Posting a picture of himself with Rajinikanth, Shankar took to Twitter and expressed his happiness on meeting the legendary actor. He said, “Happy to personally meet our ‘Shivaji the Boss’ Rajinikanth sir on this memorable day of 15 years of ‘Shivaji’. Your energy, affection and positive aura made my day!”
Shankar’s daughter Aditi Shankar, a doctor by profession, who is making her heroine debut through director Muttiah’s ‘Viruman’, also posted a picture of herself with the superstar, clicked on the occasion.
“15 years of ‘Sivaji’! Rajinikanth sir himself with Boss,” he wrote.
Sources say that the director’s meeting with the actor lasted for 45 minutes, during which the two discussed a range of topics including the film industry and Shankar’s upcoming film with Ram Charan.
