Rajeev Sen’s post included two distinct birthday celebrations for his mother. One with ex-wife Charu and the other one with extended family members.
Rajeev Sen and Charu Asopa may have parted ways, but they ensure that their daughter Ziana receives love from both her parents. The ex-couple is often seen spending quality time together in Dubai or going on holidays after their divorce in 2023. Recently, Rajeev shared a series of photos from his mother’s 73rd birthday celebration, which included special moments with his ex-wife and their daughter. His post included two different birthday celebrations for his mother: One with ex-wife, Charu Asopa, and their daughter Ziana and the other one with sister Sushmita Sen.
In the first family photo, Rajeev is seen with his mother, Subhra Sen, his sister Sushmita Sen, her children, and other family members. Sushmita’s boyfriend, Rohman Shawl can also be spotted in the photo. Then, there is a picture of Rajeev with his daughter Ziana, who strikes a cute pose for the camera as she hugs her father. A photo shows Rajeev posing next to his mother in front of a huge floral decoration that reads “MAA.” Lastly, there are photos of him posing next to his mother and ex-wife Charu Asopa. The trio struck happy poses for the camera. Charu looked stunning in a pink dress, while Rajeev opted for a casual look.
Alongside the photos, he wrote, “Happy Birthday Maa, cheers to a rocking 73 yrs younger. I love you & so blessed to be your son. To Good health & happiness always Maa.”
Shortly after, Rajeev’s post received love and admiration from his followers. One user wrote, “Happy to see you with your wife and daughter,” while another mentioned, “Get back together.”
Charu Asopa also shared a couple of photos with her ex-mother-in-law and ex-husband. What stole our attention was when Charu addressed Rajeev’s mother as ‘Mamma’. “Happy birthday to the sweetest person I know. Love you, mamma,” Charu wrote in the caption.
Rajeev Sen and Charu Asopa got divorced last year. They tied the knot in June 2019 and now they are co-parenting their daughter, Ziana.
On the professional front, Rajeev Sen will next appear in Vishal Mishra’s upcoming thriller, Iti. The film also features Vivek Oberoi and Taher Shabbir in significant roles. Rajeev will portray the role of Rohit Vardhan in the film. Meanwhile, Charu Asopa was last seen as a lead actress in Dangal’s show Kaisa Hai Yeh Rishta Anjaana.
