Jaipur: Active corona cases in the state decreased from 1,109 to 915, while in Jaipur it decreased from 548 to 427. One person died in the state on Sunday while 69 others tested positive, taking the state’s total tally to 12,82,225.
The state’s total toll rose to 9,550. Bikaner reported its 586th Covid death. The number of persons recovered from Covid-19 in 24 hours stood at 262, taking the total number of recovered persons to 12,71,760.
Thirteen districts did not report a single case, while the rest of the districts reported 69 cases in 24 hours. Bundi and Dungarpur currently have zero active cases, while Karauli has one active case and Tonk, Pali, Jalore, Jaisalmer, Dausa have two active cases each.
Jaipur has the highest number of active cases at 427. The state’s active cases on Sunday were the lowest on a single day in 2022.
