Rajasthan: Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot joint attack on BJP over farmer killings in UP. Jaipur News – Times of India

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and his former deputy Sachin Pilot Attacked the BJP government of the Center and Uttar Pradesh for the murder of farmers In Lakhimpur Kheri. Both were addressing election rallies in Udaipur’s Vallabhnagar and Pratapgarh’s Dhariyawad on Friday.
Gehlot said that crushing peaceful protesting farmers with the wheels of a car is unprecedented in the country. Pilot said those who killed farmers were roaming freely, while Congress leaders who tried to console the bereaved families have been arrested.

Despite the ongoing war of words between them, Gehlot and the pilot flew together in a helicopter to address two by-election rallies. In Vallabhnagar, the pilot drove the car from the helipad to the rally venue with Gehlot sitting next to him. AICC general secretary Ajay Maken and PCC chief Govind Singh Dotasara accompanied the two.
“Have you ever seen a scene when a peaceful farmer is crushed by a car coming from behind? People were thrown on both sides of the road. Can you imagine how they must have been killed?” Gehlot asked.
