Raj Kundra Pornography Case Live UpdatesThe Bombay High Court is hearing a plea filed by businessman and Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra in an alleged pornography case. The 45-year-old challenged his remand and the orders of the Mumbai Magistrate Court in connection with the adult film racket. The crime branch cell of Mumbai Police had arrested the businessman for creating and circulating obscene material on the mobile app.
Last week, a team of Crime Branch had recorded Shilpa’s statement as part of the investigation of the case. The “Hungama 2” actress was questioned by the authorities for six hours at her residence in Mumbai. She reportedly broke down several times during interrogation.
