Raj Babbar and Poonam Dhillon reached a hotel in Jabali area around 11 am on Wednesday.

Actor Raj Babbar’s recent visit to a police station in Himachal Pradesh’s Solan district took the policemen by surprise. The actor had on Wednesday gone to the district’s Dharampur police station to lodge a complaint after his co-star actress Poonam Dhillon lost his purse. Poonam Dhillon is currently busy shooting for her upcoming Punjabi film in Solan. Raj Babbar is also playing an important role in the film. When the policemen of Dharampur police station were shocked to see the actor in their office premises, the crew revealed that it was a part of the ongoing shooting.
Raj Babbar and Poonam Dhillon reached a hotel in Jabali area around 11 am on Wednesday. After a few hours, he started his shoot in Dharampur. They shot near Jabali around 4 pm and left for Dharampur. The film was shot in the hilly areas of Jabali and thereafter the crew was taken to the Dharampur police station. Firing continued in the police station for about an hour. The actors along with the team shared tea with the policemen at the police station.
Raj Babbar also spoke to Dharampur police station in-charge Rakesh Roy. He thanked the police for helping him shoot the film in a safe environment. He said that everyone should come forward to help each other.
According to media reports, the shooting of the film will continue for the next two days in the plains of Dharampur and Kasauli in the district.
Raj Babbar is best known for playing the character of Bharat in the mythological series Mahabharata. He also earned fame for his portrayal of Akbar in the series Bahadur Shah Zafar.
One of the popular actresses of Hindi cinema, Poonam Dhillon came into limelight in 1977 when she won the title of Miss India. She made her acting debut with the 1979 film Noori.
